These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services of Clinique La Roya, a DBA of Alobaidi Med Spa LLC ("Clinique La Roya," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 18 W Ridgewood Ave, Fl 2, Paramus, NJ 07652.

1. Services.

Clinique La Roya provides aesthetic and wellness services by appointment. All services are performed by licensed providers. Results vary by individual, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a licensed provider.

2. Appointments, deposits, and cancellations.

Appointments may require a deposit or a card on file. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee disclosed at the time of booking. Deposits are applied to the cost of the service.

3. Payment.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept the payment methods offered at the clinic. Packages and prepaid series are non-transferable and expire as stated at purchase. All sales of products and prepaid services are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. SMS / text messaging program.

Program description.

By providing your mobile number to Clinique La Roya — at the time of booking, on an intake or consent form, on our website, or by texting us — you consent to receive text messages from Clinique La Roya, including appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling and account notifications, and promotional offers.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to book or receive any service.
